We are currently hiring new staff for four different positions, two positions in the Plantcare Team, one position in the Contracts Team and one position in the Building Team.

 

 

Plant Care

To be successful in these roles you will be technically able, with a wide range of horticultural skills and will enjoy being hands on and getting your hands dirty. Being a strong team player with maturity and second to none communication skills will also be key to your success. Potential for the role to be amended to a team leader position depending on the extent of your experience.

Skills:
- A passion for and sound working knowledge of both native and exotic plants
- Relevant horticultural qualification and previous success in a horticultural role

 

Position One:

Experienced Professional Gardener

Full time, Permanent

Reporting to the Plantcare Supervisor, this is a hands on role in aiding in the successful completion of each job on time and within budget. Jobs are hugely varied and include regular garden maintenance contract work, through to horticultural based soft landscaping projects and garden make-overs.

 

Position Two:

Experienced Professional Maintenance Gardener
Full time, Permanent
Reporting to the Plantcare Supervisor, this is a hands on role carrying out regular garden maintenance for a client base of over 100 properties.

 

Contracts

To be successful in this role you will be technically able, with a wide range of landscaping skills and will enjoy being hands on and getting your hands dirty. Being a strong team player with maturity and second to none communication skills will also be key to your success.

Previous experience as a Team Leader is not essential and thus this is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career, however extensive landscaping expertise is crucial. You will be provided with a hugely varied and rewarding workload, a positive and social workplace culture and an organisation that really looks after its staff.

Skills:
- A passion for and sound working knowledge of all facets of hard landscaping
- Relevant landscaping qualification and previous success in a landscaping role

 

Position Three:

Landscaping Team Leader
Full time, Permanent
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the Landscaping Team Leader takes a hands on role in ensuring the successful completion of each job on time and within budget. Jobs are varied and include all facets of hard landscaping therefore a proven history of varied landscaping jobs is required.

 

Building

To be successful in this role you will be technically able, with a wide range of skills/experience and will enjoy being hands on and getting your hands dirty. Being a strong team player with maturity and second to none communication skills will also be key to your success.

Skills:
- Proven work history
- Building qualification. A third year or higher would be considered.

 

Position Four:

Qualified Builder
Full time, Permanent
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be required to take a hands on role on site assisting in the efficient running of each job, keeping to times and allocated resources.
